Privacy Policy

Zephyr does its best to respect and protect your privacy.

Zephyr collects the minimum amount of data required to provide the service. Here is what we collect and how we use it:

  • Email Address: We use your email address to identify you when you access the application, and to send you important notifications about your account.
  • SSO Profiles: If you sign in with a SSO provider like Google or Github, we store your profile data from the SSO provider to authenticate you when you access the application.
  • Task Data: We store the data you enter into the application to provide the service. This includes things like your one-time and recurring tasks, and the date and time they were created, last updated, and completed.
  • System Logs: We store system logs to help us diagnose and fix issues. These include the date and time of the request, the user agent, and the IP address. These are deleted after 90 days.
  • Customer ID: For users on paid plans, our payment processor Stripe securely stores your credit card data and billing information. They give us a customer ID that identifies you. We store this ID to link your Zephyr account to your payment and enable Pro features for your account.

Zephyr does not collect behavioural data, analytics, or any other data that can be used to identify you. We use aggregate data concerning number of users, number of tasks and number of tasks completed each day to understand the health of the service.

If we change this privacy policy, we will post the changes here and notify you by email.

Data Deletion Policy

You can delete your account at any time. When you delete your account, we delete all your data from our servers.

Your deleted data may be retained in backups for up to 30 days. If we restore from a backup that includes your deleted data, we will remove the restored data from the live system. We keep a record of deleted account IDs for 30 days for this purpose.
